[Resolved] Safexpress — FOOLED by the company executive and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL service | |||||
Waybill No. 50166974 I called Safexpress guys to transfer my trolley bag kept at my friend's location, from IIM Ahmedabad campus to Hyderabad, . They took Rs. 1030 from my friend and gave bill for only Rs. 830. They did not give receipt for full amount even on insisting; said Rs. 225 is for laminating, but sent the bag without laminating. In Hyderabad, they sent a person for delivery who cannot read and write. He could not even read the address where the bag was to be delivered. The guy kept calling on my phone no. to seek directions and address. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR service. PLEASE refund the Rs. 200 amount for which you did not give the receipt.
