Safexpress — Fragile box thrown around, goods damaged inside on opening

Hi team,

A box marked fragile delivered from Siliguri to Kolkata was thrown around by the person delivering to my house in Kolkata and that led to the goods inside being damaged, there were boxes and photo frames which have all broken because of the person's irresponsible behavior
