[Resolved] Safexpress — Goods not received | |||||
I am not happy with ur services. Whenever i contact safe express they inform different from what they do. This is not the first time this happened. My previous delivery was also through safe express and this is the 2nd time. There was 21 days delay on my previous delivery. 2 days back i got massage that my item is out for delivery. I did not get any call regarding my delivery. Next day i get a message that my item is undelivered. I did call on [protected] spoke to mr vinay he told me that my item is in godown and they will deliver it the next day without fail. Next day i didn't get any massage or any call so i called again. I spoke to mr vinay again he placed me on hold for 15 minutes then he told my item was on delivery yesterday n it's back but smell person said he is godown n now a different statment. I askwd how xould he change statmemts he aaod he is sory for changing statements amd promised to call in 10 min but no call as of now. I am so upset that some people are just spoiling the brand name safexpress. I guess it's time to buckle up and get these kind of issues to work fixed. I had 2 delivery and both are very disappointing. I guess i will never choose safe express for my personal delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||||
