[Resolved] Safexpress — GUWAHATI BRANCH DELAY MY PARCEL (waybill no.[protected] | |||
My parcel bearing waybill no. 38830352 reached Guwahati branch on 22nd february 2017. I am attaching all the necessary documents like waybill, invoice, etc to reach the destination place. Even after many calls and email sent to Safexpress, they made lame excuses and they are delaying my parcel unnecessarily. Please look into my enquiry as soon as possible.. My parcel has been held for 2 weeks now in guwahati. Safexpress people Have you ever feel ashamed? I have never experienced like this before. How long will it really take to make transit pass or did you make it from a scratched . You are the worst courier, you do not deserve even a single star, the other couriers i have used never held my parcel for more than 2-3 days. Do not ever call me i do not want to hear your stupid excuses.I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO HIGHER COURT.
