[Resolved]  Safexpress — I am complaining about slow service of material delivery

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am from Steelbird International, One of my customer Consignment is booked on 17th Dec 20 at Pantnagar For Agarwal Automobiles, Pali, Consignment reached jodhpur hub on 22nd Dec 20. Discussed with your representative on 22nd about the material he assure me that material will be sent to pali on 23rd and party will get it by 23rd or 24th Dec. But today ais 25th Dec and party still not received the material. Party is denying to receive the consingment due to this poor service. Please look into this...
