[Resolved] Safexpress — I didn't receive my shipment and it shows shipment received in website

I made a booking for c2h from guwahati to khammam (Waybill number[protected] and it's been 12 days from sending the shipment and i didn't even receive it yet and the thing is that it shows that i have received the shipment 5 days back in the website. It is very unprofessional how could my shipment show that it is delivered even i haven't received it, now i am worried as it contains a lot of important things and i am complaining to then from the last 5 days and i don't know whether they are taking it seriously or not if they would have taken it seriously my shipment would have reached home by now.
