I have been trying to contact Safex from past 1.5 months but their response is truly worst.. My 24 thousand parcel is not delivered and the courier company is just saying that the product is delivered.. As a proof they are presenting the courier slip with wrong signature on it which is not even my signature. If this happens that slip with wrong signature is accepted as delivery proof then any time this Safex courier company can do these kind of frauds. They can simply mark the product as delivered and claim wrong signature pod as the delivery proof.

Below are the proofs to show the product is not delivered still the company claims that it is delivered. They are liars. Dont use Safex
1. Firstly, I have only received calls from the delivery person of SafeEx courier company on 9th June, which is the date when I denied the delivery of the product. I have also attached call history screenshot of my mobile of 9th june and encircled in red 2 numbers which are from SafeeEx courier company and they called on 9th june. The numbers are :

If the delivery person called on 9th june then how can they provide false claim that they have delivered on 11th June. Any delivery person from courier company calls on the same day of delivery only. I have just called on both the numbers and revalidated by asking who is it, both are from Safeex courier. You can also validate from your end. Also check the screenshot - 9 june call details pls.

2. Secondly I am also attaching screenshot of my call history from 11th june which does not show any calls from Safex. Pls check screenshot - 11 june call details pls.

3. The false delivery receipt POD given by seller and courier company does not have the timing details it just specifies the date. Even the signature is not my husbands signature. My husband signature is below in the attached rent agreement of our current address. Pls find attached rent agreement pdf file as proof.

4. Last, the entry register of our society does not have any entry of Safex person on 11th june. No big parcels are allowed to enter the premises without proper entry.

Its quiet evident that Safex is fraud.. Even after filing complaint and the case being escalated.. its been a month and no action is taken.. imagine your 25k getting lost and you dont even receive the parcel..
