[Resolved]  Safexpress — I haven't received my shipment

I gave my shipment on 13th may, 2018 from pilani (333031). The delivery was to take place to kolkata -711101 by 21st may. I haven't received my shipment nor any message about the delay in shipment by safexpress. The company is very unprofessional and seems to be fake. They have lost my shipment of 19kg worth 40, 000 thousand. I need my delivery of shipment as soon as possible.
