Safexpress — I was overcharged | |||||
Hello I've sent a suitcase from Delhi to Bangalore on 29/03/16 at 12:10 pm (Bill no.[protected]. On my receipt the amount to be paid was written as 687/- whereas the boy (Rajkumar) who took my suitcase charged me with 1430/-. I am extremely shocked how come that employee can dare to overcharge us. Now he's not responding to our calls and saying that it was some miscellaneous charges which r not written on the paper. Kindly do the needful ASAP, else I have to file a formal complaint and sue the concerned authorities. Here's the detail of that guy who took my stuff.
