[Resolved] Safexpress — I'm complaining about my parcel delay/refuse by Aizawl safexpress branch | |||
My parcel was being sent by safexpress on 4th October 2020, it reach Aizawl at 12th November 2020, i contact them and asked me courier fee and transportation fee, after paying all, they refused to sent me to Saiha, they want me to pick by myself, I can't pick by Myself that's why I pay for extra fee in safexpress, I contact them many times they postponed again and again, my parcel contain medicine, if broke or lost they will pay for that!
