Safexpress — Induction cooktop broken by Safexpress even after careful packaging

I was shipping an induction cooktop from Kolkata to Gujarat through Safexpress. The packaging was done very carefully with plastic bubble wrap over each item separately. However, the cooktop was broken completely when I received the item. I tried calling the customer care of Safexpress several times, but there was no response. This is an utterly disgusting experience.
