[Resolved] Safexpress — lost packages - 2 | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I sent two Packages worth 40kg of Valuable material from Panjim, Goa to Bangalore on 12th May'18. It has been 28th May'18 and still, both haven't been delivered and they are not being able to track down one of the packages. When I called Safexpress Helpline, They mentioned they tracked both the baggage and you will receive them. But unfortunately, none of them have been received and no one is cooperating with the situation. The only thing they have been telling is they have misplaced a bag and local Sales Distributor tells it's not his own fault and whereas the Company tells its the local sales Distributor's fault. I would like the process of Safexpress changing their brand name because neither they are safe with luggage and I still haven't received my luggage in 16 days and counting. I would like them to take the issue seriously, Track the Bag and deliver it to the required place as soon as possible. If they admit they have lost my package they I would like a refund of my goods Was this information helpful? | |||||
