[Resolved] Safexpress — material damaged in transit | |||||
Recently I have purchased a brand new bed at Bhubaneswar and hired safexpress services for transportation upto Bangalore. But when the packet opened at Bangalore, we are very much surprised to see the condition of the bed. This is just not acceptable at all. You may see the condition of furniture yourself photograph enclosed. Secondly we are receiving the material in 2 lots for which the receiver has to take 2 days leave from office which is also not very professional for such big company. Tracking no.[protected] Incase we do not get any explanation, I will be forced to take legal action against the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
