[Resolved] Safexpress — my mattress was left out by safexpress during delivery

I had booked my household from rangpo sikkim on 25/08/2019 for delivery in dhanbad district. My household wad delivered after more than 1 month and during delivery i was found that my matrezz not received which i had complaint to them but till today i had not received my matrezz by dhanbad branch.
Your service is very worsted regarding delivery and luggage
