I booked my luggage on 26 feb 2020 from guntur (Vijayawada) to mhow (Indore). Assurance was given by safexpress person on site that the delivery wil be done within 7 working days. It's been 2 weeks now and the luggage was not delivered. When i tried to check the status of delivery online using the way bill number, it shows invalid waybill. When i called the safexpress rep, he tells me that there was some error in the shipment and that the waybill number was changed. But neither the sender nor the receiver got any intimation regarding the changed waybill number. When i called online safexpress customer care with the old waybill number, they reply that the number is invalid and cannot help me in this regard. I am fed up of this poor response from safexpress. I sent my luggage previously also, but never have i got such pathetic response. I am attaching the bill copy containing the old waybill number. I hope someone will attend to it at the earliest and resolve my issue. I am calling the rep of safexpress everyday, but getting nothing in return except for false promises
