मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की जाए, और जल्द से जल्द निवारण हो। महोदय शिकायत है कि जनवरी के माह 07/01/2020 दिल्ली से मेरे निवास सिवनी को जो पार्सल जिसका बिल टी {81831118 }आया था जिसके लिए मुझसे 1888 रूपय लिया गया था । जिसका वजन भी 70 किलो था। किन्तु 7/03/19 को को आपने जो सूरत से पार्सल भेजा जिसका ज्यादा चार्ज-2903 रुपये किया गया है। जिसका वजन कम था 60 किलोग्राम बिल न {83951909} किया गया मेरे द्वारा बिल टी भेजा गया है।निवेदन है कि समस्या का जल्द से जल्द निराकरण किया जाए मेरे द्वारा बिल्टी की दोनों बिल्टी की कॉपी भेज दी गई है

    non delivery of luggage after 2 weeks

    I booked my luggage on 26 feb 2020 from guntur (Vijayawada) to mhow (Indore). Assurance was given by safexpress person on site that the delivery wil be done within 7 working days. It's been 2 weeks now and the luggage was not delivered. When i tried to check the status of delivery online using the way bill number, it shows invalid waybill. When i called the safexpress rep, he tells me that there was some error in the shipment and that the...

    My waybill no 81747390. It got dispatched from surat on 20 th february but till date i have not received the good. Please make arrangement to deliver it at the earliest. Othetwise i ll make a high level excalation. As ican see it has reached jamshedpur on 25 th february and stuck there. From jamshedpur my address is not too long. But it is not getting out for delivery since last 3 days. It is not expected.

      This is in respect to waybill no. 81838903, that my luggage which was to be safely delievered to the desired destination for which i was charged almost double the amount from jammu onwards, it is sad & i express my regret towards the company for not keeping upto the standards that were expected out of it.
      I would like to bring to the notice that there was a hole in the trunk that was found, the tin has totally been punctured & damaged and there is no way that it can be of any use to me now. My bicycle luggage as well was found in a bad state.

      Its a request to the company to look into the matter at the earliest & provide me the compensation for the damage that has been done to my luggage. I would expect the company to do so asap.

              We regularly get material from other states.
              My client booked material from indore. To know the status of delivery of material my office sales manager called to safe express branch at kurnool.
              Mr dessaaii way of talking to my person was very very rude. He literally warning our manager not to call any more if material is available we will despatch. This is a very rude behavior of the concern manager to talk to a customer in this way. Make sure that it will not repeat the same.

              Navi Mumbai-3 branch staff name Pawan Biswakarma does not understand how to speak to a customer. His behavior was very abusive so people who are rude to talk will spoil the name of the transport so take immediate action on it.
              I have booked safexpress for delivery on 22nd January, 2020 from NDRI, Karnal to Paralakhemundi, Odisha. Till now I didn't received my packages. Its about 17 days over. I didn't know the status of the packages. Also they had taken 750 rs extra for the delivery of my package. Still it was not delivered in time. Hopeless delivery system.

                Product we send to rourkela waybill no.80539993 is not delivered its already over one month there is no response from there. So, please check that product delivery to the address given in waybill. The product we sent gi pipes is water purpose of department of water resources government of odisha.                         Mr. Sandeep contact number - [protected] from past 3 days he is saying we will deliver material tomorrow. I don't know when tomorrow will come.
                        What kind of service are you providing. Just delaying it saying we will deliver. Don't even know how to talk with customers-height o[censored]nprofessionalism.

                        Also why you gave the toll-free numbers on your website when it's not working and the one which is working, from the past 3 days no one is picking the call.

                        Please provide me a solution to it asap.

                              I had booked an iron box from Leh to Allahabad. The box i received was in very bad condition. It was damaged as if somebody tried to open it.
                              I want compensation for box and the items damaged and the tension through which i have gone through.

                                Hi Safexpress,
                                My waybill number is 65683399.I received my shipment today to Bangalore and found out the induction is completely damaged. Attaching the pictures of damaged induction. It appears the box was very brutally handled as the top of the induction is made up of very hard material. It can't be broken in a easy drop. I need immediate action.

                                  My order docket id is[protected]. My shipment has reached jammu since[protected] and is not delivered till date. Regardless of several calls, the jammu safeexpress consingment team is making excuses, due to which my business has been on a halt. So, i urge you to kindly look into the matter and solve my problem by today itself.

                                    I had booked my household from rangpo sikkim on 25/08/2019 for delivery in dhanbad district. My household wad delivered after more than 1 month and during delivery i was found that my matrezz not received which i had complaint to them but till today i had not received my matrezz by dhanbad branch.
