Dear sir,
Your employe took extra money... They charges 740 per box but the actual price for per box is 540.. When we ask bill they send me without money details without showing any charges.
2 box for ranchi and 10 box send from delhi west patel nagar new delhi to chaibasa both are in jharkhand. Now they are not receiving our calls... I have the proof of online payment by phone pe... They took extra rs 2400 extra... All details are been attached.
Please resolve it soon.

    I have ordered laptop 15 days ago which was coming via safexpress and it has arrived at destination gopalganj 26 may and today is 30 may it's really very bad to increase delay as i already have waited much and even now i have not been contacted or given exact delivery date. Please solve it within 24 hour otherwise i will never order anything online except reliable flipkart or amazon

            Am penning this with utmost regret for choosing safeducate as a career guidance.

            I enrolled myself for the program that has been posted across various job sites stating that there is an 45 days internship associated with flipkart, food and accommodation for the same will be provided with a stipend of rs.15, 000/- for which i have paid a sum of rs.23, 990/-

            Later on the safeducate representative has said that there is issues across the process with flipkart internship and for time being to get trained at safeducate and can get hands on training on various domains for which id card, credentials and materials will be provided which has not happened so far.
            I was then called for an interview with safeducate and they communicated verbally that i was selected for the post of business development executive and asked me to wait for the offer letter.

            Now mr. Sri hari has stated that am not been selected, considering certain criterias. When questioned about the job offer that i have been promised, there is no proper response.

            I asked for a refund as their appeal is not pleasing, for which the team has said that i will be cursed if asked for a refund of the fee that is paid. That's someone's hard earned money.

            Due to all these, i have wasted almost 2 months in this chaos and have spent lots of money. I have undergone so much mental pressure.
            Kindly help me to get the money that has been paid.

                      This was the first time i used safeexpress, and the experience had been horrible. Why should one use safeexpress when government post can send bicycle @ 200/255 rupees, safeexp. Charged 1250 rupees to transport my bicycle and along with that the mud guards of my bicycle are missing. I am feeling cheated, i thought its ok to spend money if they are giving you a service but i cannot make a positive image of these guys as during my first usafe of service this happened.                           My waybill no 81747390. It got dispatched from surat on 20 th february but till date i have not received the good. Please make arrangement to deliver it at the earliest. Othetwise i ll make a high level excalation. As ican see it has reached jamshedpur on 25 th february and stuck there. From jamshedpur my address is not too long. But it is not getting out for delivery since last 3 days. It is not expected.

                            This is in respect to waybill no. 81838903, that my luggage which was to be safely delievered to the desired destination for which i was charged almost double the amount from jammu onwards, it is sad & i express my regret towards the company for not keeping upto the standards that were expected out of it.
                            I would like to bring to the notice that there was a hole in the trunk that was found, the tin has totally been punctured & damaged and there is no way that it can be of any use to me now. My bicycle luggage as well was found in a bad state.

                            Its a request to the company to look into the matter at the earliest & provide me the compensation for the damage that has been done to my luggage. I would expect the company to do so asap.

                                    My client booked material from indore. To know the status of delivery of material my office sales manager called to safe express branch at kurnool.
                                    Mr dessaaii way of talking to my person was very very rude. He literally warning our manager not to call any more if material is available we will despatch. This is a very rude behavior of the concern manager to talk to a customer in this way. Make sure that it will not repeat the same.

                                    Navi Mumbai-3 branch staff name Pawan Biswakarma does not understand how to speak to a customer. His behavior was very abusive so people who are rude to talk will spoil the name of the transport so take immediate action on it.
                                    I have booked safexpress for delivery on 22nd January, 2020 from NDRI, Karnal to Paralakhemundi, Odisha. Till now I didn't received my packages. Its about 17 days over. I didn't know the status of the packages. Also they had taken 750 rs extra for the delivery of my package. Still it was not delivered in time. Hopeless delivery system.
