    Dear safexpress customer-care service team,

    My product[way bill no.[protected]] is reached to the nearest safexpress centre, and thanks for making it's this much fast.
    But it's been around 24 hours with status "out for delivery," and today afternoon, i found the status "un-delivered" your employees didn't even contact me for any kind of delivery regarding issues.
    Please look into the matter asap, and if you can try to make delivery as soon as possible, it will be much appreciated.
    I'm attaching the screenshot and other details below here for your reference about the delivery status.

          I had my details registered on 9th june 2020 for pickup request. The delivery agent has no sense of responsibility of getting the cartons delivered. I have been trying to contact the person but there is no response. I had clearly mentioned to the customer care team that i have a flight on saturday and i require to pack everything which will take time. But they have failed to understand the urgency of the situation. I will also be escalating it to higher authorities to make them realize that such a big logistics service provider have such a lousy service. Pathetic experience already!!!

            This is regarding a delivery if my sports bic from Hyderabad to Siliguri. The package was despatched in March . I was later approached by customer service to accept delivery after lockdown, which I did. However even now there is no response from your side. The only contact I have is of +[protected], who claims to be manager. This fool has no clarity of the issue despite my deliberate briefing him. He is simply postponing the dates of delivery. Need an early intervention from higher ups to do the needful.

              The delivery person from safe express misbehaved with me in my home when delivering the boxes. I was alone at home and it was a very scary experience. I have been thoroughly shaken after the incident. I somehow doubt i will be ever using safe express again and this brings me to the question on how does safe express choose its staff and the safety of the customers

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  We have booked household material from safe express packers and movers hyderabad plot no 387, green fields coloney, tirumalgiri secundrabd

                  From gandhinagar to aurangabad in 23000 rs, with all expences (Packing, loading, unloading etc.) when these peoples are loaded the material on 5th of june in truck they are asking 32000 rs, otherwise they will throw the material in godown or anywhere, and they are acting with us very worst language,

                  Because of our valuable house hold we are ready to give 26000 and they are agree for the same and vheicle is started from gandhinagar.

                  Manager for this transporter mr. Karamveer [protected], and mr suresh - [protected], we are having all details what they are commited, but now they are harassing to me and my family members

                  Today on 6th truck reached to our house and they are asking again 4000 rs even though they are not unloading.

                  Ye jo transport k aadmi log bahut hi fraud hai, customer ko gali de ke baat kar rahe hai, ab o log material unload nai kar rahe hai,
                  Ham bahut hi pareshan ho gaye inke chakkar me,

                  Anyone can help me in this regard and refund my excess amount they charged illigally

                    Your employe took extra money... They charges 740 per box but the actual price for per box is 540.. When we ask bill they send me without money details without showing any charges.
                    2 box for ranchi and 10 box send from delhi west patel nagar new delhi to chaibasa both are in jharkhand. Now they are not receiving our calls... I have the proof of online payment by phone pe... They took extra rs 2400 extra... All details are been attached.

                      I have ordered laptop 15 days ago which was coming via safexpress and it has arrived at destination gopalganj 26 may and today is 30 may it's really very bad to increase delay as i already have waited much and even now i have not been contacted or given exact delivery date. Please solve it within 24 hour otherwise i will never order anything online except reliable flipkart or amazon

                              Am penning this with utmost regret for choosing safeducate as a career guidance.

                              I enrolled myself for the program that has been posted across various job sites stating that there is an 45 days internship associated with flipkart, food and accommodation for the same will be provided with a stipend of rs.15, 000/- for which i have paid a sum of rs.23, 990/-

                              Later on the safeducate representative has said that there is issues across the process with flipkart internship and for time being to get trained at safeducate and can get hands on training on various domains for which id card, credentials and materials will be provided which has not happened so far.
                              I was then called for an interview with safeducate and they communicated verbally that i was selected for the post of business development executive and asked me to wait for the offer letter.

                              Now mr. Sri hari has stated that am not been selected, considering certain criterias. When questioned about the job offer that i have been promised, there is no proper response.

                              I asked for a refund as their appeal is not pleasing, for which the team has said that i will be cursed if asked for a refund of the fee that is paid. That's someone's hard earned money.

                              Due to all these, i have wasted almost 2 months in this chaos and have spent lots of money. I have undergone so much mental pressure.
                              Kindly help me to get the money that has been paid.

                                        This was the first time i used safeexpress, and the experience had been horrible. Why should one use safeexpress when government post can send bicycle @ 200/255 rupees, safeexp. Charged 1250 rupees to transport my bicycle and along with that the mud guards of my bicycle are missing. I am feeling cheated, i thought its ok to spend money if they are giving you a service but i cannot make a positive image of these guys as during my first usafe of service this happened.
