I had booked 3 parcles from erode to ludhiana e-way bill no 92083191
dated 1/3/21. i enquired online, all three parcels reached on saturday 7 p.m at ludhiana. Today morning from 9.35 am to 11.40 am i am regularily calling at mobile no [protected], but no one picked my mobile. After 5 missed calls he picked my phone and give me another no [protected], he also picked my phone once & told me that i will try to deliver your goods. but afterwards i tried 4 times but he did not picked my phone . Again i called [protected] & he again give me another no [protected] . when i called this no he refused to deliver the goods and told me that today is sunday and i will not deliver your goods.
It is quiet frustrating for me as the goods were very essential for me, thats why i have paid extra for the goods
so i please request you to do the needfull & deliver me goods today.
i am not satisfied with the company's service at all . i hadn't paid extra so that my goods would be delivered late . what type of service are you and your company is offering. if my parcels could not be delivered today its your duty to inform me about the same .
i again request you to please send the goods earliest by tomorrow's morning .
