[Resolved]  Safexpress — Not receiving my parcels

I have sent parcel which bill no is[protected] but 12 days passed items are not reached and found till today, lodge a complaint for delivery delay and if you have any contact no Dhemaji, Jonai & north lakhimpur of your sub office.
