[Resolved]  Safexpress — Not yet received my consignment. 1 month passed

I had paid for my consignment on 17 October 2020 and today it is 20 october. After calling multiple times to the customer support number and realising that they jjst hold yoir call for 5 minutes and cut the call after that saying that all support executives are busy, I decided to mail them.
After mailing the only thing they did was tried to deliver only one carton out of the two cartons of product as they got only one carton till now. Really I am confused how can a consignment of two cartons paid for together dispatched together reach one after another despite taking such a long time.

Very pathetic service.
