[Resolved]  Safexpress — one box is missing during delivery but still there is no reply

i have received 18 boxes from safexpres the way bill number is 42491520 but total box booking is 19 so the one box is missing after the one month is gone still there is no repllly and the missing box is not delivery till date please take care of this issue thank you g. raja [protected]
