[Resolved] Safexpress — one box lost in between chennai to hyderabad

My consignment from chennai to hyderabad contained two boxes, out of which one box is tracked and the second box is missing and cant be tracked by safe express team. No proper assurance and call backs from their team.
Disappointed and worried!
Do look into the matter and give me some assurance, else i would be forced to escalate it further.
Give me some details of whom should i contact regarding as chennai to hyderabad delivery should hardly take 2 days of time.
