[Resolved] Safexpress — Package opened and valuables stolen | |||||
My waybill no. Was 51263927. My parents had packed 2 cargos and sent it on 15th june from meerut to mumbai. I had received it on 21 june 2017. After i received my package i found that it had been opened and resealed using safexperess tape. The thief had used safexpress tape to avoid any doubt, so that the theft could be ascertained only after opening the package. The thief has access to the tapes and cargos of the company which makes it sure that it is one of the company's employees I had 2 cosmetic kits which have been stolen. All the items were new and expensive of more than rs. 5000. One of the cargos had my purse in it which contained around rs 300, even that is missing. All my handbags were opened and checked by the thief and my new headphones packet was also torn and they are missing now. The company did not check for weight when it was transporting my cargos from one place to another. This is heights of mismanagement where there own employees are stealing from the clients and company has no mechanism of even tracking them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
