I have dropped my motorcycle at Leh, Ladakh on July 9th to be delivered to me. But my bike is still at Leh branch office for the last 2 weeks. I have called the customer support 3 times this week all they do is disconnect my call. I have faced a bad customer support from SafeExpress team all the 3 times, once they just didn't even speak on the call.
I just want my bike to be delivered to me soon. It has been already 2 weeks and it didn't even start from the sipping office. I spending my own money to travel all these days and I don't know how long still I have to spend my own money to travel. I have paid around 9000 to ship and 1000 for packing charges at Leh, even after paying this huge amount the bike is still not delivered to me. Was this information helpful? |
