[Resolved] Safexpress — Poor customer service | |||
I was sent an wooden furniture item by INSARAF. The company people at Indore had sent only ONE person ie the driver alone!!! to deliver the item while weighs 110 kgs!!! It seems they pay only Rs 40/- to the delivery boy! Got injured while helping the dleivery boy left theluggage to my first floor house. Pathetic attitude. Literally enslaving poor people.
