[Resolved]  Safexpress — received damaged order.

Hello,

We had shipped 7 bundles (Bubble wrap and Corrugated packing) from JODHPUR to Vadodara. But the client received totally damaged products. Now, no one is picking up the call. Very very poor customer service. Even they don't know how to talk to clients. This is our 3rd case. But still no action taken place.

Highly Disappointed!!

I have booked luggage vide way bill no 58061583 and 58061582 on 22 march from Itanagar to Sri ganganagar and Haldwani respectively which have not delivered as on 12 April. Whereas i was committed that the luggage will be delivered within a week of booking.
