Safexpress — Report theft by the vendor of safexpress

As my safexpress, waybill number is[protected], reached my house around 2nd /3rd March. As i opened my boxes so many items was missing and I do not know what to do. How can someone theft items which are packed. I tried calling you guys but couldn't reach you and put the grievances also put no response. I tried to reach the vendor who took my boxes has blocked me. I do not know what to do. where can i find the solution. This is the first time shocking experience with safe express. More than 45000/- of worth has been from the boxes. I have also provided the company with the vendors name and number but still I have not receive any action shown towards anyone.
