Safexpress — Safe express not delivering my consignment, They just kept my parcel in the destination Hub. | |||
My waybill Number is 86925421. Origin from Ahmadabad on 5th October and consignment reached destination {Jamshedpur} on 12th October Morning. I don't know why they are not delivering my consignment till now and today is 15th October. If any kind of a mishappening done with my consignment, then i want my consignment charges back. If you are irresponsible to deliver the consignment on time, then why are you all taking responsibility. Rubbish commitment of safexpress. I have sended a special gift for my family member through consignment, which I supposed to give at 14th October. I couldn't gift them. Very shame and irresponsible. After arrival, 4 days wasted to deliver the parcel. Now i am feeling that might be my consignment has been stolen. That's why you are not delivering. If you don't want to give my consignment or something misshaping done with my consignment, I have to file a charge on you all through the consumer operations & regulations, I don't have any option. I am calling in your call center since 13th October and received nothing. Now i am helpless, and have only 1 option that file a charge. Was this information helpful? | |||
