[Resolved]  Safexpress — safe express tracking site showing waybill undelivered

Dear sir,

I had booked your transportation service for my luggage from old rajendra nagar, new delhi to srikakulam, andhra pradesh. They took rs. 1000 per box and an extra 1500 for home delivery (Total 6500 for 98 kgs). I had paid the money to the executive through phone pe on 28th may, 2020. So i was tracking for my parcel and it shows way bill undelivered. I tried contacting customer care but there is no response. I tried to contct local agent but i couldnt find their adress. I kindly request safe express to please update me about my consignment and its where abouts. I request a call back to my no. As soon as possible.
