    I have booked the consignment on 21.06.2020 from hazaribagh, jharkhand to namakkal, tamilnadu. And same was received on 29.06.2020.

    We have opened all the package items yesterday and found following items damaged and missing.

    1. Washing machine middle portion fully damaged and came out. Bottom portion also damaged during materials handling and inside swing portion also fully damaged. (Repairing need to be done) (Photos attached).

    2. Wet grinder motor fully damaged and came out separately. (Repairing need to be done) (Photos attached)

    3. Cycle one no missed during delivery time. (Same to be delivered)

    4. One more cycle seat cover damaged and major parts got twisted and got bent. (Repairing need to be done) (Photo attached).

    5. Air cooler motor bottom side damaged and during rotation there is struck of the fan. (Repairing need to be done)

    6. Plastic boxes and inside glass plates 05 nos fully damaged. (Refund required)

    7. Ups inverter battery level indicator packed along with that package and that is also fully damaged. (Parts need to be delivered)

      Safe expressway reference number 85503275.
      I ordered a study table one month ago via amazon. Supplier name is mp enterprises. Some one from safe express contacted me (His phone number - ‭[protected]‬)
      He told me material already arrived and he asked me for my detail address. He told me material will be delivered afternoon at 25 th june 20. Then i called repeatedly to this number and he is not picking up.
      Today i called again to this number and he told the road is not ok to deliver. There are other roads and i am really frustrated as this is the first time i faced challenges in safe express. Kindly help me to sort out this consignment 85503275

        Hi i booked a consignment fro cochin to gaya via waybill on. 85884205. The online status of the consignment is that the consignment is still at bangalore since[protected]. Plz connect the consignment for next hub as soon as possible coz the more the delayed will be the more i'll suffer loss.

          Team,

          I used safexpress delivery from my college to get my parcel delivered to my home. Packing done on 14th june 2020, package delivered on 27th june 2020. When unpacking i found out that following items are missing,
          1. Hair dryer
          2. Hair straightener
          3. Watch

          Kindly help me address this issue

            3 courier box has been shipped from bangalore to jamshedpur. From one of the box many items are missing - leather jacket, dry fruit box, 5 nail polish, face pack, face scrub, headphone. All of them are recently bought.

            I have heard so many good review about you guys. But this experience i got. I will not tolerate such thing. I need all my missing items back and i am not going to take any excuse. If i will not get back my items i will go to consumer forum as well.
            Is this type of service you guys provide.
            How can anyone open my courier in between this is not at all acceptable.

            From morning i called your customer service number twice and after for 7 minutes each time i was not able to talk to your representative as they are busy and the call is going to voice message. I dropped my message both the times and still didn't get any calls from you guys. I even write my complaint to your chat window still no reply from you guys. I have other works as well. I am not going to spend my time only to reach out to you guys.

            Call me as soon as possible and deliver all my items back. We trust you guys with our luggage and this is we get in return. Highly unprofessional behavior.

                    Dear safexpress customer-care service team,

                    My product[way bill no.[protected]] is reached to the nearest safexpress centre, and thanks for making it's this much fast.
                    But it's been around 24 hours with status "out for delivery," and today afternoon, i found the status "un-delivered" your employees didn't even contact me for any kind of delivery regarding issues.
                    Please look into the matter asap, and if you can try to make delivery as soon as possible, it will be much appreciated.

                          I had my details registered on 9th june 2020 for pickup request. The delivery agent has no sense of responsibility of getting the cartons delivered. I have been trying to contact the person but there is no response. I had clearly mentioned to the customer care team that i have a flight on saturday and i require to pack everything which will take time. But they have failed to understand the urgency of the situation. I will also be escalating it to higher authorities to make them realize that such a big logistics service provider have such a lousy service. Pathetic experience already!!!

                            Dear sir,

                            I had booked your transportation service for my luggage from old rajendra nagar, new delhi to srikakulam, andhra pradesh. They took rs. 1000 per box and an extra 1500 for home delivery (Total 6500 for 98 kgs). I had paid the money to the executive through phone pe on 28th may, 2020. So i was tracking for my parcel and it shows way bill undelivered. I tried contacting customer care but there is no response. I tried...

                            This is regarding a delivery if my sports bic from Hyderabad to Siliguri. The package was despatched in March . I was later approached by customer service to accept delivery after lockdown, which I did. However even now there is no response from your side. The only contact I have is of +[protected], who claims to be manager. This fool has no clarity of the issue despite my deliberate briefing him. He is simply postponing the dates of delivery. Need an early intervention from higher ups to do the needful.

                              The delivery person from safe express misbehaved with me in my home when delivering the boxes. I was alone at home and it was a very scary experience. I have been thoroughly shaken after the incident. I somehow doubt i will be ever using safe express again and this brings me to the question on how does safe express choose its staff and the safety of the customers

                                  From gandhinagar to aurangabad in 23000 rs, with all expences (Packing, loading, unloading etc.) when these peoples are loaded the material on 5th of june in truck they are asking 32000 rs, otherwise they will throw the material in godown or anywhere, and...

                                  Your employe took extra money... They charges 740 per box but the actual price for per box is 540.. When we ask bill they send me without money details without showing any charges.
                                  2 box for ranchi and 10 box send from delhi west patel nagar new delhi to chaibasa both are in jharkhand. Now they are not receiving our calls... I have the proof of online payment by phone pe... They took extra rs 2400 extra... All details are been attached.

                                    I have ordered laptop 15 days ago which was coming via safexpress and it has arrived at destination gopalganj 26 may and today is 30 may it's really very bad to increase delay as i already have waited much and even now i have not been contacted or given exact delivery date. Please solve it within 24 hour otherwise i will never order anything online except reliable flipkart or amazon
