This was the first time i used safeexpress, and the experience had been horrible. Why should one use safeexpress when government post can send bicycle @ 200/255 rupees, safeexp. Charged 1250 rupees to transport my bicycle and along with that the mud guards of my bicycle are missing. I booked my luggage on 26 feb 2020 from guntur (Vijayawada) to mhow (Indore). Assurance was given by safexpress person on site that the delivery wil be done within 7 working days. My waybill no 81747390. It got dispatched from surat on 20 th february but till date i have not received the good. Please make arrangement to deliver it at the earliest. Othetwise i ll make a high level excalation. As ican see it has reached jamshedpur on 25 th february and stuck there. From jamshedpur my address is not too long. Product we send to rourkela waybill no.80539993 is not delivered its already over one month there is no response from there. So, please check that product delivery to the address given in waybill. We book two consignment from jorhat, assam safexpress one for karnal-hariyana, and one for mahesana-gujarat. But your jorhat - assam safexpress make mistake and mahesana-gujarat consignment reach karnal - hariyana and karnal-hariyana consignment reach mahesana-gujarat. Both consignment exchange each others. After this issue no further action do from safexpress. Please make action and send both consignment at right location.
