I bought a cycle from Hero Lectro and they courier the cycle by Safexpress, First of all the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 16th July 2022 Saturday, but got delayed, on 19th July 2022 Wednesday I got a call from courier partner saying it cannot deliver it to my place as there is only one order. So I have two choices either I have to collect it from a location which is 4 to 5km away from my home(It is not a small parcel it is a bicycle) or I have to when they will receive another order from my area then they will deliver both the order.
In both the cases it doesn't make any sense as a customer if I have to wait or collect it from another location. If they really don't deliver in my pincode why the hell they accept the order in the first place.
