[Resolved] Safexpress — Safexpress manager misbehaves & denying / delaying the delivery unnecessarily (waybill #[protected] | |||
Hi, This has reference to the subject Way Bill # 81305979. While attempting the delivery, SafeXpress Representative / Local Branch Manager @PIN-224001 (Faizabad-UP); Mob. No. [protected], is misbehaving, talking rudely over phone and refused to deliver the items at my home @Pin Code - 224 001 (whereas it is a prepaid consignment booked on door delivery basis). You are therefore requested to take necessary action against him, speak to the concerned / instruct the concerned to deliver the items immediately without any further delay. I'm not getting any response from any of SafeXpress executive of customer care board. Pl. do the needful. MATTER MOST URGENT PLEASE. Thanking you in anticipation.
