Safexpress — Shipment of hostel belongings | |
My items are to be shipped from Hostel 12, IIT Bombay, pin: 400076 to my home, pincode: 712139. I have made the payment on 8 October, 2020 and today 21st October, 2020 yet to receive any confirmation of shipment from Safexpress. The waybill number shared 86668262 is showing error. I don't know when can I expect my items to be delivered. Was this information helpful? | |

Thank you for sharing the information, we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department your issue will be resolved soon.
I have the same iuuse, and I would like to add that we have been charges an extra 120 per box (irrespective of size of weight), in the name of "Plstic film covering", which we have to pay anyway as the person at safexpress said we will not ship the belongings. The extra amount was askes to be transferred directly to a personal account via Gpay.
