[Resolved]  Safexpress — Shipment partially delivered but quoting as complete in tracking

I have shipped from Nashik to Hyderabad (Waybill no.:[protected]. I shipped 25 boxes but only 24 reached me. I was assured that balance will be delivered next day. but now nobody is responding. Customer care not reachable. Calls are not picked up delivery person. Need support
