The customer care executives don't have details. The customer has to call time and again to ask where the consignment is. Even after that, the executives don't provide clarity on the delivery of the consignment. The tracking service shows out for delivery at 10 am, but even then you cannot expect that they will deliver it on that day. The time they mention is 5 days, but it's been more than 10 days and I haven't yet received my consignment. Safexpress should basically shut its service if it can't provide a resolution to information asymmetry. Was this information helpful? | |
