[Resolved] Safexpress — This is regarding the service | |||||
Hi, This is for Safexpress office in domlur, Bangalore. First of all, they took time to get the boxes for me. They were 1 day late. They were supposed to provide me tapes which they didn't instead giving lame excuses that it got over. Is that my problem? And the person who delivered it, his behavior was very unethical. He is acting as if he is doing a favor to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

An online prepaid order made from hettich india was booked for shipment on safexpress on dt16-Feb-2017 with Way bill no.86011225 . It hsa been despatch on dated 17-Feb-2017. But still i have not received my percel and its been more than 1 month. Please, look into my enquire as soon as possible.
