I have lodged my complaint vide 00138075 on 14 June and 25 June this year respectively. In the complaint status it is written as complaint resolved by your company. It's a total negligence by your part, my complaint is still pending and not resolved. I have not received any refund or claim against my damaged items.
This part of yours completely reflecting that you totally lie to your costumers. How can you write that complaint is resolved when it is still pending. I will move to the consumer court with this statement of yours.
