[Resolved] Safexpress — Unable to track my shipment booked on 28 April 2017

Way bill number 53048504 booked from Siliguri on 28 April 2017. Copy of receipt is attached. Now customer care executive are saying waybill number is not valid. I raised complaint through email and telephone also sent photo of shipment but no one is responding. It's 14th day from booking but I don't know where is my shipment. Careless company. Please help me to track my shipment
