I have placed order via olive tree trading, they have decided to dispatch via safexpress and thats where the problem started! Package was out for delivery since 27th of september. No phone calls were made, only messages attempt unsuccessful! Finally on 4th of october they decided to call for directions which were provided. It took 20min on call to explain landmark, but how does it help if delivery people! Which suppose to know streets or use gps still doesnt know main streets of bangalore! After i received my package and refused to sign for it, delivery guy starting mocking me and laughing!!! Wow!! Just wow!! I hope this company will bankrupt or whatever!!! I just never want to see this company anymore!!! Dont use it!!! Its cost so much of stress.
