I have order a Kawachi Mop set online from peppryfry.com platform and the above mention courier company ( safexpress courier) take the responsibility to delivered my product on time i.e 12 Oct 2015 .My waybill no. is 83813465 but the product is not delivered even at present day and when i call the customer care they all don't have any proper answer or concrete reason for delay these guys are not replying of emails too. i feel harassed by this company plz help me...my contact number is [protected].
