Ur team has not yet called me nor there is any follow up in the process. Been waiting for three days to get my packages picked up from my address. Have already waste my three days. Please look into this as soon as possible... i m really upset with process. If in case o[censored]r inability to serve, the customer must be acknowledged regarding the same so that he/she can look for an alternative. You are not supposed to make false promises to the customers. It costs much.
