Safexpress — Very poor service

Sir, i had ordered the parcel from the jetpur (Gujrat) to bareilly (Up) but the service of your system is very slow there is an emergency of that parcel. I had ordered by safexpress because of the very fast delivery but this is going to be very slow please see the situation.
