[Resolved] Safexpress — Way bill no.[protected] . Blanket removed during transportation. | |
Dear Sir/Mam I am Debabrata Biswas, received courier through your reputed Safexpress courier service. Complaint as below. i) Courier received without blanket or I can say Blanket had been removed during transportation. Carton was fully packed when handed over to Shantipur Safexpress center. After that attached BOPP tape by Safexpress. But when received at Destination, carton was not fully packed. It looks press from top (photo attached). Most important thing is that carton has been opened from bottom and attached different colour BOPP tape after removing of blanket. It is clear. ii) Cloth drying stand received in damaged condition. Maximum stick has been damaged (photo attached). Same stand I received through other courier from Gulf to my home, without any damages. But transportation inside India it was damaged, I am really spellbound about your services. I am really shocked after receiving the parcel through Safexpress.
