This is to inform you but i had booked a parcel from 2 box from panipat to bangalore vide above said way bill number which i received broken and we mentioned on the backside of the paper of delivery in presence of the delivery boy that we have received the package totally distroyed. Then i mail the matter to the office at ambala (Haryana). I received a call from there office at delhi that we will not pay anything to you because you have not done insurance of the material. When i booked a parcel at panipat i had shown the new aquagard ro to mr vikas who booked the parcel, he gave insurances that we will deliver the parcel safety to your door step and put one striker to handle with care on both box. On demand of the office i send the bill also but now mr. Umesh head in charge of claim at delhi refused to pay any claim
There was a call from area manager that you are nowingly book parcel from our transport and then claim for the same, but if i do so they should deliver the parcel safety and without demage. On the other hand i think they do these things nowingly and demage the parcel.in this regard you are requested to kindly take appropriate action and solve the matter.
