[Resolved] Safexpress — worst customer service ever

The delivery service is very bad and i would like to say please give us the correct date of delivery i’ve been waiting for my goods since 18th and today is 22nd. The delivery was from delhi to jaipur. They’ve been postponing my delivery since then and later i’ve been charged with 600rs for the late delivery with the problem saying the truck is not available for the delivery. The main reason for the delivery was to get my stuff on time but the problem i’m facing is way out of limit. Now i regret choosing safe express. Please do something about it. The delivery for today has also been cancelled! You people are treating us like fools. Not answering the call and disconnecting it. Where they won’t give me the tracking id too. What is wrong with the service?.
