Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited — Sahara T bonds - Not able to get maturity amount

I have deposited Rs 20, 000/- on 16/10/2002 with Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited (Sahara 'T' bonds ) Sahara India receipt number [protected] and serial number [protected] of Patna region. It got matured on 16/10/2012 with redemption value of 60, 000 and till date I have not received the maturity amount even after visiting the regional branch many times. They keep saying to come back again after few weeks as no refund is happening in Sahara. Kindly respond with definite timelines and process my request immediately.
