Delay in payment of maturity amount against deposit of claim application number - [protected] on dated - November 2017. Dear Sir, I have already submitted maturity amount claim application as stated in subject. But as on date maturity amount is not transferred / credited in my SBI account number - [protected] branch BCCL TOWNSHIP DHANBAD. At the same time Branch Manager is also not able to confirm, when payment will be made. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my grievance at the earliest.
