Fixed deposit of 1 lac was made on 15/12/2011 with lock in period of 96 months.
This matured on 15/12/2019. The depositer is my father, sudama pandey, aged 87 yrs now and is under heavy debt due to increasing medical expenses and health complications
Have fervently requested the management at patna but they refuse to listen in to the problems. Submitted the detailed medical report and hospitalization details of depositer as well
The money is required urgently

Updated by pande_ajay Hi, i have been continuosly following up with Patna Branch but there is no fresh update that they are able to provide. They always sound hapless and only say that there is no refund of any deposit that has been taking place
This has to be taken seriously as they are intentionally taking depositers for a ride and fooling them with not paying their matured amount
This has to be taken up seriously
