Sahara India Pariwar — Non payment of maturity amount even after 20 months by SAHARA

I am writing this mail on behalf of My mausi (Mrs Kiran Devi) whose husband Mr Anil Kumar Sinha (my mausaji) expired in last year 2019 in march. She is the nominee of the FD done under Golden VM and E Shine by his husband, details of policy is as under :-

2. His husband Mr Anil Kumar sinha has also deposited Rs 1, 02, 000/= in Sahara E Shine in multiple of Rs 17000 *6, Membership No [protected], which will mature on 5/8/2021, Certificate no is [protected] to [protected]

My mausi is a widow lady having no children, Her financial condition is bad and totally dependent on these deposits. she has already submitted all the documents to Authorsied centre, but not received the deposit amount, Person and agent are harassing them saying that there is no fund, She is helpless. Even i have also tried to contact him but Centre BM is not responding.

We request you to kindly look into the matter, and let us know by when she will receive the money. She is in deep shock as because of non receipt of money. This is affecting her health. Is this the way Shara treats to widow and helpless. if any thing happens to her sahara will be only responsible.

Looking forward for your response. if you will not resolve it then we will raise this issue to consumer forum.
