Sahara India Pariwar — non receipt of maturity amount

Certificate no.[protected] dated 31.03.14 for rs. 50000/- for 3 years from jalpaiguri branch (Code 2002)
Above policy was matured on 31.03.17. But no maturity amount paid. Branch manager mr sanjeeb kumar mislaid me and nothing to say about maturity. He forced me to reinvest the maturity amount to another scheme os sahara. I refused. Please look into the matter.
