Sahara India Pariwar — payment of super bb scheme

My payment of sahara super bb fixed deposit matured on[protected] but payment is not given, when i meet to branch manager mr. R. S. Rana (Manager), graha branch, jabalpur (2205) they refusing to pay the amount they clearly say that no payment is done for fd (Fd ki payment nahi ho payegi) and i also contacted many times to my agents mr. Ajay vishwakarma, they also resfusing to pay the amount of my super bb fixed deposit, details of fd are as follows :
